“I would like to congratulate the entire VC team and the leadership of Dr. Premnath for putting together this version of the TTOnline Manual—the first of its kind in India and nurturing the culture of TT in India by creating the critical mass of trained professionals. It is a comprehensive and detailed resource that effectively covers every aspect of the subject from leading national and international experts. The manual will be immensely helpful not only for new practitioners but also for experienced professionals looking to revisit the fundamentals. Reference to other courses and case studies are some of the useful additions to this manual.”
Mr. Rajneesh Kumar,

“This manual is an exceptionally well-crafted and thoughtfully structured resource. It serves as a comprehensive guide for professionals working in this domain, covering both foundational concepts and advanced processes in a manner that is easy to understand and apply. It’s not only an excellent reference for those already familiar with the subject but also an invaluable tool for newcomers who are just beginning their journey in this field. It’s a significant contribution to knowledge sharing and professional development in this space!”

“It has been a privilege to contribute to the TTO workshop organised by Venture Centre and UNIDO and to be part of the process that has culminated in the creation of the TTO Manual. The workshop offered an excellent platform to exchange knowledge and best practices on building and operating effective technology transfer offices, while the manual now provides a structured and practical resource for a wider audience. I am confident that this initiative will support institutions across India in strengthening their technology transfer capabilities and will contribute meaningfully to advancing the country’s innovation and economic growth aspirations.”
Dr. Aravind Chinchure,

Ex-CEO, Deshpande Startups
“The overall look and feel is clear and user-friendly. The on-line functionality is good. The structure and editing is really quite masterful. “I am actually pleased to see that not only it has the lectures presented during the UNIDO training program on Technology Transfer, but also other relevant lectures delivered at Venture Centre in the past, as well as at other events. I liked that under each module, references to the appropriate articles and reports have been given. In fact, I was not aware of many very good articles and I went back and looked at them. The inclusion of MIHR manual is a very good idea as it will provide the guidance to technology transfer professionals to perform day-to-day duties. I compliment the Venture Centre for the job well done. Please keep it up.”
